Educational Qualifications:1. Desirable : Working Knowledge of Hindi/Regional Language and English.  MODE OF SELECTION (a) Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in written examination / Computer Based Test (CBT) and interview / Personal Interaction put together. The NVS reserves the right to decide the cut off marks in written examination / CBT and interview / Personal Interaction separately. The decision of the NVS about the mode of selection to the notified posts and eligibility conditions of the applicants for interview / Personal Interaction shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. However, in the case of Legal Assistant, Female Staff Nurse & Catering Assistant the selection to the post will be done on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the written examination / CBT only. For the post of Lower Division Clerk, candidates shortlisted on the basis of Written Examination / CBT will be called for Trade / Skill Test which will be of qualifying in nature only and carries no weightage. In case a candidate fails to qualify the trade / skill test, their candidature would be rejected. However, the mode of selection, whichever so, for all the notified posts will be the sole discretion of NVS and may be changed



 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES 1. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply. 2. The notified vacancies for the post of Assistant Commissioner, PGTs, TGTs, Miscellaneous Category of Teachers, Legal Assistant, Female Staff Nurse, Catering Assistant & Lower Division Clerk are tentative and may increase or decrease. The NVS reserves the right to fill or not to fill or partially fill any of the above vacancies without assigning any reasons whatsoever. NVS also reserves the right to cancel/restrict/modify/alter the recruitment process, if required, without assigning any further notice or assigning any reasons thereof. 3. There will be no negative marking. 4. Test Paper will be bilingual: Hindi & English. However, in case of TGTs & Miscellaneous Category Teachers, the medium of Regional Language paper will be the regional language concerned as opted by the candidate. 5. Candidates will be shortlisted for written examination / CBT based on information provided by him/her. It will be the sole responsibility of the candidate to prove his/her eligibility with respect to qualification criteria advertised by NVS. 6. Incomplete On-line application, in any manner shall be summarily rejected and no further correspondence shall be entertained. 7. No modifications are allowed once the online application form is submitted. If any discrepancies are found in the data / information filled by the candidate in online application and the original testimonials, his / her candidature is liable to be rejected. 8. Any modifications/amendments/instructions in the advertisement will be given on NVS website / designated recruitment portal only. 9. Response Query Management will be made operational on the designated recruitment portal after written examination/CBT is over for inviting comments / responses / objections, if any, from the candidates. Thereafter, objections will be referred to experts and key will be finalized by examination conducting agency for preparation of result. Objections, if any, will have to be submitted by candidates through online portal only within the specified period, objections received from other means like post, e-mail etc. will not be entertained.

Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to any one for recruitment as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerized and transparent. Therefore, candidates are advised to be beware of touts as they cannot help them at any stage. (d) Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in the rally. Candidates found under age / overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified.

(e) Giving / taking bribe, production of bogus / fake certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal office and liable for punishment under law. (f) Certificates with overwriting, tampering of seals or erasing/ alteration of any type will not be accepted. (g) All documents submitted by the candidates are verified by government agencies before enrolment into Army. Strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting fake documents. Even after recruitment, the service will be terminated if candidates are found to have produced fake documents or gave wrong information at the time of recruitment, despite the number of years of service individual may have rendered. (h) No compensation for Death / injury / loss etc during the rally and no travelling allowance / dearness allowance for journey is admissible. Candidates will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary. The signing of Indemnity bond is mandatory requirement. (j) Use of Performance Enhancing Drugs. Use of any kind of performance enhancing drugs is strictly banned. Candidates having been found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening. (k) Tattoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e from inside of elbow to



the wrist and on the reverse side of palm / back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates are likely to be REJECTED for further selection. (l) If 180 days or more lapse between screening medical at the rally and despatch, medical will be done again and unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited. (m) Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are dispatched for training. (n) Mobile phones, smart watches and any other recording devices are not permitted in the rally site and the time of CEE. (o) Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical exam before coming for selection especially with respect to flat foot, poor vision, deformities and physical measurements. All are advised to ensure that their ears are free of wax by getting it cleaned by a doctor prior to the rally. (p) Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for three to four days. Candidates should make arrangements for stay under their own arrangements. (q) Negative marking would be applicable in CEE. (r) Result of written examination will be declared on the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. No separate letter will be sent to the candidate. It is the responsibility of candidate to check his result and report to ARO for documentation.

No application will be entertained at Regional Office. The candidates are advised to annex self attested testimonials in support of his/her age, qualification, experience alongwith the application form as the merit list will be prepared at Cluster level on the basis of his/her scholastic achievements only. It is pertinent to mention here that the interview will be conducted for PGTs only and no interviews will be conducted for TGTs, Misc. category teachers and Female Staff Nurse. SELECTION PROCEDURE:- 1. After the closing of last date of applications, the eligibility of the candidates for written examination will be based on i) whether the candidate has deposited the requisite application fee in the bank or not?, ii) whether after depositing of fee in the bank it has been entered and updated in the application form or not? iii) after reconciliation with the bank statement. NOTE: If all the above three conditions are affirmative then the candidate is provisionally eligible to appear in the written examination. If the candidate doesn’t fulfill any of the three conditions, he/she is not eligible. The eligibility of the candidates regarding educational qualification, age etc. will not be checked at this stage because no certificates/documents are being called from the candidates alongwith online application forms. The eligible candidates will be allowed to sit in the written examination, which will be held in Chandigarh only. The Date of Examination, Centre of Examination, Roll Number and Instructions for candidates etc. will be intimated to the candidates in Admit Cards, which will be available on the website of the PGIMER i.e. www.pgimer.edu.in.




HOW TO APPLY:- ONLINE MODE: 1. The candidates applying for the post should first confirm their eligibility as per recruitment rules as per advertisement on the website of the Institute i.e. www.pgimer.edu.in. 2. All eligible candidates should apply online www.pgimer.edu.in before the last date for registration of application form. D. RESOLUTION OF TIE CASES:- 8 3. Before filling up Online Application, a candidate must have his/her photograph scanned in the .jpg format in such a manner that each file should not exceed 500 KB and must not be less than 3 KB in size for the photograph as it has to be uploaded at the time of filling of online form. 4. Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID/mobile number which should be kept active during the recruitment process. The candidates should ensure that the email ID is not shared or disclosed to any body. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online. The e-mail ID is required for the initial registration. The intimation regarding written examination, admit card, result of written examination, document verification, final selection result etc. will be given through notice on website only. Such information will not be given through e-mail. However, SMS will be sent on registered mobile number. 5. The candidate should fill his/her application form available on the PGIMER website. He/She should fill all the fields of application form carefully. No field should be left blank. After filling application form, the candidate should take out a print of duly filled in application form and challan form (triplicate) and deposit the application fee after 24 hours in any State Bank of India branch as detailed in column 8. 6. The candidate should retain with him/her the printout of duly filled in and uploaded application form. The same is to be sent to the Institute/PGIMER alongwith his/her offline application, which is to be sent only in case he/she declared qualified in the written examination. 7. No request for change of any particular on the online application form shall be entertained after submission of application form. After final submission of application form, no change will be allowed. Candidate will be responsible for any mistake in the data of application form. 8. Candidates can go to any Branch of State Bank of India with the fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay the prescribed Application Fee in the “Power Jyoti” PUL current account of PGIMER. The account number of PGIMER for recruitment is 35700657347. The candidates after having deposited the fee in the bank must ensure that they have Triplicate Fee Payment Challan with Journal No./Challan No. given by the bank on it. They should mention this Journal/Challan number on the space provided in the application form and keep this challan form with them for future use. The application fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

SELECTION PROCEDURE a) Normally, all the candidates whose application forms are accepted will be called for the Computer Based Examination. However, if deemed necessary, the Competent Authority reserves the right to shortlist candidates for the computer based examination by duly appointed Search cum Selection Committee as per the criteria fixed. b) While short-listing the candidates on the basis of marks scored at Graduation level, AIIMS, Mangalagiri will follow the yardstick adopted by the University/Institution and take into account the percentage of marks as indicated in the Final Year Marks Statement. AIIMS, Mangalagiri will not take the responsibility of working out the percentage of marks by adding up the marks secured by the candidates in different subjects/each year of Graduation and instead take into account the percentage of marks / CGPA as indicated in the Final Year Marks Statement. c) Where the Merit of the candidate is indicated in the Final Year Marks statement in CGPA without indicating the corresponding percentage of marks, AIIMS, Mangalagiri will follow the criteria indicated by the University/Institution in the Certificate, if any, for arriving at the corresponding percentage. In all other cases, the conversion formula of CGPA (as indicated in the Final Year Marks Statement) multiplied by (x) 9.5 will be applied. d) Criteria followed in short-listing candidates will be final. No appeal or representation will be entertained against such short-listing. e) Shortlisted candidates will be asked to appear in the Computer Based Examination. Skill Test will be conducted for the candidate(s) who are declared qualified in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
