Qualification: Matric and ‘A’ grade Registered Certificate in Nursing and Midwifery (only nursing for Male Nurse) with three years experience in an hospital of repute.

Age Limit: 63 Years

Type of Employment Contractual Basis as per HCL Scheme of Awarding Jobs Through Contractual Appointment on Full Time Fixed Tenure Basis (FTFT) amended from time to time.

Method of Selection Walk-in-Interview

Date(s) & Time 18.10.2018 20.12.2018 20.02.2019 at 11AM 24.04.2019 Venue:-At KCC Administration Building (Conference Hall),Khetri Copper Complex (HCL),Khetri Nagar,Distt.Jhunjhunu,Rajasthan Walk –In Interview will be held on 18.10.2018 (Thursday). The selection panel of 18.10.2018 will be independent of second, third & fourth interview. Management shall not wait for the second, third & fourth interview and shall offer the posts to those selected on 18.10.2018. In case the response to the Walk In Interview on 18.10.2018 for the post(s) is poor or if the candidates are not found suitable on 18.10.2018 then the next interview will be held on 20.12.2018 (Thursday) and again on 20.02.2019 (Wednesday) and again on 24.04.2019 (Wednesday). The second, third & fourth interviews to be held on 20.12.2018, 20.02.2019 & 24.04.2019 are independent of the first Walk- In Interview. In other words each Walk- In- Interview will be Independent and panel of each Interview will be separate. No candidate will be given second, third & fourth chance and a candidate who fails in any one of the WalkIn Interview will not be allowed in other Walk-In Interviews. In case sufficient candidates are found suitable in 1st interview itself no further interviews will be held. Any amendment about the Advt. will be updated on HCL website only.

Tenure Initially contract will be for a period of one year for all posts. Tenure can be extended based on the need of the organization & on satisfactory performance, up to the age of 65 years.(As per Scheme

Requirement for Walk in interview Candidates are advised to bring the duly filled in application along with one set of self attested photo copies of all the certificates. They are also required to bring their Original certificates in support of their claim for possessing 20 years experience out of which 10 years should be in relevant Blasting Line in case of Blaster as the case may be, age, qualification, statutory requirement (as applicable) and last pay slip at the time of Walk-in-Interview.

Emoluments: (i) Rs.20, 000/-per month at C-5 scale. (ii) In the case of retired Central /State Govt. employees, the monthly emolument shall be so fixed that the sum total of monthly emolument and pension received does not exceed the last pay drawn by the concerned individual. (iiI) In case of retired PSU employees, the monthly emolument shall be paid as corresponding to the grade/scale of pay held at the time of separation on superannuation, etc by the person being appointed under the scheme.
