🎯 Eligibility Criteria
🔹 Superannuation Criteria
Applicants must have superannuated between 31.12.2022 and 31.12.2025
Employees superannuated before 31.12.2022 or after 31.12.2025 are not eligible
🔹 Other Eligibility
Eligibility conditions shall be governed by Coal India Limited Guidelines

🧾 Reservation Policy
Reservation for SC / ST / OBC (NCL – Non-Creamy Layer) will be applicable as per Government of India rules
Candidates claiming reservation must submit valid caste certificates issued by competent authority
Reserved category candidates selected on merit will be adjusted against UR vacancies
📝 Selection Criteria
Selection will be based on performance assessment as per the following parameters:
1️⃣ Physical Attendance – 15 Marks (3 Years)

Attendance includes official duty, training, tours, PME, VTC, etc.

🔄 Tie-Breaking Criteria

Final selection subject to medical fitness
💼 Engagement, Tenure & Remuneration
Initial engagement: 1 Year
Extendable by another 1 Year
Maximum engagement age: 65 Years
Remuneration, leave, medical benefits, working hours, deductions etc. as per CIL Guidelines
Engagement automatically ends after completion of tenure unless extended
