Educational Qualification

As prescribed under Govt. Order No. 669-JK(HME) of 2022, candidates must possess:

  • 10+2 with Science, and

  • B.Sc. Nursing OR Diploma in GNM

  • Qualification must be from an institution recognized by the J&K Nursing Council

  • Valid Registration with J&K Nursing Council is mandatory

Age Limit

  • Upper Age Limit: 63 years

  • Age calculated as on the date of notification

Duration of Engagement

  • Initial engagement will be for one (01) year

  • Extendable up to a maximum of six (06) years

  • Subject to:

    • Satisfactory performance

    • Good conduct

    • Availability of posts
