Educational Qualification & Experience
Nurse (Male / Female)
Qualification:
Three-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institute.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience as a Nurse in:
Hospital, or
Nursing Home, or
Primary Health Centre, or
First Aid Centre in a Factory
Experience will be calculated as on 14 January 2026.
Contract Period & Posting
Contract Tenure:
Initial period of 3 years, extendable up to 2 additional years based on performance and organizational needs.
Place of Posting:
CSL Kochi or any other CSL units, project sites, shipyards, or onboard ships in India or abroad.

Selection Process – CSL Nurse Recruitment
The selection will be conducted in two stages:
1. Objective Type Test
Duration: 35 Minutes
Total Questions: 30 MCQs
Total Marks: 30
General Awareness – 10 Marks
Discipline Related – 20 Marks
No negative marking
2. Practical Test
Total Marks: 70
Minimum Qualifying Marks
UR Candidates: 50% in each test
PwBD Candidates: 40% in each test
Final merit list will be prepared based on total marks secured. In case of tie, discipline marks and then age seniority will be considered.
