Invites applications for the post of Nursing Officer
Post :Nursing Officer
Vacancy: 150
Age : 35 years
Pay Metric:Pay of Rs.44,900/- in Level 7 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC (pre-revised Rs.9300-34800 with GP of Rs.4600)
Qualification : (i) Degree OR Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. (ii) Registered as Nurse and Midwife under Indian Nursing council Act 1947/ any State Nursing Council.
Note:- 1. The candidates appointed under Horizontal Reservation i.e. PwDs quota will be adjusted against the vacancy of respective categories of SC/ST/EWS/OBC/ Unreserved (UR). 2. If the candidate selected for the above posts, they must be posted only at JIPMER, Karaikal only as the above posts are exclusive sanctioned for JIPMER, Karaikal. 3. In respect to the post of Nursing Officer, they have to service at JIPMER, Puducherry as compulsory house training during their two years probation period. The training period may be curtailed or extended at the discretion of Competent Authority. After successful completion of training he/she will be posted to work in JIPMER Karaikal and no request will be considered for retaining at JIPMER, Puducherry or transfer to JIPMER, Puducherry for any reasons under any circumstances as such posts is exclusively sanctioned for JIPMER Karaikal only. His/her name roll in the concerned department/section at JIPMER, Puducherry will be automatically removed from the next day of successful completion of training period. If he/she was not joined in JIPMER Karaikal within the specific time limit after relief from JIPMER, Puducherry, he/she will be removed from the service without any notice.
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written exam (Computer Based Test) and skill test.
