Educational Qualifications: Educational Qualification MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work / Clinical Psychology with one-year experience in the field after completion or MA/MSc in Clinical Psychology with two-year experience in the field or Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing/MSW with 2-year experience of working in a tertiary care mental health setting is essential or MBBS with 2-year experience of working full time in a mental health setting. Knowledge of Kannada – speaking and writing is essential

Desirable Knowledge of common, severe mental disorders, noncommunicable diseases, experience of conducting research with patient, carers or healthcare staff, behavioural lifestyle interventions.

Duration of the post 15 months Initial appointment will be made for 6 months, extendable based on the performance of the candidate
