Educational Qualifications:Qualification: As on 01.01.2019 B.Sc. (Nursing) or HSC + 3 years course of General Nursing and Midwifery Percentage: 50% marks in last year (Average/Aggregate of last two semesters) of B.Sc.(Nursing) / 3 years course of General Nursing and Midwifery (45% for SC/ST category candidates). Qualification acquired through Govt. recognized institute only.
Experience as on 01.01.2019: Two years’ experience after acquiring minimum required qualification in reputed minimum 20 bedded hospitals with Operation Theatre and ICCU facilities. The candidates will be required to have a valid registration as Nurse from the Central / State Nursing Council. The experience should be after acquiring the minimum required qualification i.e. after the results are declared of the qualifying examination.
Age Limit as on 01.01.2019: 30 Years
Instructions related to Qualification: A) The number of vacancies are tentative and may increase or decrease at the discretion of RCF Ltd. and in compliance of the Presidential Directives on reservation at the time of appointment. Accordingly, RCF Ltd. reserves the right to cancel/restrict/modify / alter the requirements advertised, if need so arises, without any further notice or assigning any reason therefor. In addition to the
notified vacancies a panel of candidates shall also be prepared for unforeseen vacancies, including but not limited to vacancies caused by cessation of service of selected candidates, arising within one year from date of empanelment. Posts shall be filled according to reservation position. Accordingly, SC/ST/OBC category candidates are encouraged to apply. B) The prescribed qualification shall be a regular & full time course. C) The candidate who are not fulfilling the required eligibility criteria will not be considered. D) The Candidates appearing in Final Examination of prescribed qualification for the post are not Eligible to apply. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying exam/awaiting result of qualifying exam /who do not have mark sheet of qualifying exam are not eligible for applying.
Salary and Other Benefits: 1) The Township Accommodation will be provided at Trombay as well as at Thal Unit. 2) In the payscale of Rs. 22000-60000/- minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay, HRA plus DA, and other allowances. 3) Performance Related Pay (PRP), Free Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Pension Scheme and Social Security Schemes as per Company rules. 4) Medical facility will be free of cost for self and dependants. 5) Available Sports Complex facility will be provided by RCF Ltd.
