Pay Scale : Rs.38500 * (* Fixed salary Rs. 20000 + performance based emolument up to Rs 18,500 )
Educational Qualification : Essential: 1. B.Sc. (Nursing) (4 year course) from recognized Institute/University. Or B.Sc. (Post-basic) (2 year course from a recognized Institute/University. 2. Should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council. Desirable: 1. Ability to use computers 2. Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations 3. Preferably male candidate
NOTE: 1. Candidate must bring completely filled application form (Attached as Annexure-1 with advertisement) 2. Selected candidate shall be working in outreach field areas of Garhwal region 3. No TA/ DA will be paid for the interview. 4. Validity of the short list will be valid for one year 5. The posts are purely on contract basis; NO claim for any other regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
6. Experience should have been gained after acquiring minimum essential qualification. 7. Qualification, experience, other terms and conditions may be relaxed/ altered at the discretion of Nodal Officer. 8. Upper age limit may be relaxed as per Govt. of India rules. 9. No other allowance/ facilities other than consolidated salary shall be admissible. 10. Decision of the Nodal Officer will be final. 11. Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage. 12. If performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory by the Nodal Officer, appointment can be terminated at any time without any notice. 13. The appointee may be relieved from the current job position, with one month prior notice, failing to do so may be held responsible for paying one month salary.
