Remuneration: 1.For Regular Nurses-Salary plus Rs.15000/- Incentive (if proposed and recommended by MO, I/C and CMO of respective District) 2. For NHM (existing and fresh - Rs.25000/- plus Rs.15000/-incentive (if proposed and recommended by MO, I/C and CMO of respective District).
Age: 1.Regular Nurses = No age bar. 2. NHM and fresh candidates = 18 years to 40 years.
4. Terms and conditions: 1. They have to pass the entrance examination for selection. 2. Mandatorily they have to undergo six months bridge course at STNM Hospital. 3. No hostel facilities will be provided. 4. There will be pass out examination after (06) six months course. a. The qualified ones will be posted at sub – centers b. The unqualified NHM employee will go back to their previous place of work. c. The unqualified fresh ones will be appointed under NHM as per need basis having salary of Rs. 13800/- per month for GNMs and Rs.15000/- for B.Sc Nurses. 5. The qualified candidates have to sign the BOND stating that they will work in the Sub-centers for minimum of 03 years. 6. The last date of submission of the applications is 21st July 2018 at the office of Joint Director, HR/NHM. Room No. 104. HC, HS & FW Department, Tashiling Secretariat. 7. Written examination will be held on 25th July 2018. 8. Tentatively the bridge course for the qualified candidate after passed out examination will start from 01st August 2018 at STNM Hospital. 9.
