The Government of Andhra Pradesh has officially released RBSK Recruitment Notification 01/2026 for filling up various contractual posts under Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK), National Health Mission (NHM), in the Erstwhile East Godavari District.

The recruitment has been approved by the Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare (CH&FW), AP, and the District Collector & Magistrate, Kakinada District.

🔎 About RBSK – National Health Mission

Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) is a flagship program under the National Health Mission aimed at early identification and intervention for children from birth to 18 years to cover 4Ds:

• Defects at birth

• Diseases

• Deficiencies

• Developmental delays including disabilities

This recruitment is for strengthening District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC) services in the district.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

1️⃣ Audiologist-cum-Speech Therapist

• Bachelor’s Degree in Speech & Language Pathology from a recognized university.

2️⃣ Clinical Psychologist

• Master’s Degree in Child Psychology
  OR

• MA/MSc Psychology / M.Phil in Clinical or Medical & Social Psychology with RCI Registration.

• Selected candidates (if applicable) must complete Child Psychology certification from institutes like NIMHANS within 3 months (at own expense).

3️⃣ Optometrist

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Optometry.

4️⃣ Dental Technician

• 1 or 2-year course in Dental Technology from recognized institution.

• Mandatory registration with AP State Dental Council.

• Dental Mechanic candidates are eligible.

5️⃣ Staff Nurse

• GNM from Government / Government recognized institution.

• Must be registered with AP Nursing Council.

Total Marks: 100

• 75% – Academic Qualification Marks

• 10 Marks – Experience (1 mark per completed year)

• 15% Weightage – Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium/COVID Service

Service Weightage:

• Tribal Area – 2.5 marks per 6 months

• Rural Area – 2 marks per 6 months

• Urban Area – 1 mark per 6 months

COVID-19 service weightage applicable as per Government Orders.
