STAFF NURSE:
No. of Vacancies: 44
Educational Qualifications: 1. Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife or equivalent qualification for male nurse. 2. Registered Nurse with Nursing Council.
Pay Scale: Staff Nurse Rs.13,678/+ Pl
The interested candidates for the above post (From Sl. No.l to 4) may attend the WALK-IN'INTERVIEW at
O/o CDM & PHO, DHH, Bargarh as per the date and Time mentioned against each post. No candidature will be
entertained attei Z.OO PM. The candidates should bring a set of self attested photocopies of all required
testimonials along with filled application form as enclosed at Annexure-2 for registration.
The interested candidates for the post mentioned in SI. No. 5 to 8 are requested to submit applic-ation in the prescribed format (Annexure-2) along with copy of relevant documents in support of qualification,
experience, age, category etc. to the office of the CDM & PHO, District Head Quarter Hospital, Bargarh, PINIO1OZA on or-beforeiS.bf.ZOfg up to 5.00 PM through Registered post/Speed post only and the application should be super scribed with the name of the post applied for.
